Heat resistant conveyor belts are divided into ordinary heat-resistant conveyor belts and strong heat-resistant conveyor belts.

The strength layer of ordinary heat-resistant belts is polyester cotton canvas (CC56), and the strength layer of strong heat-resistant belts is EP (specifically, it is divided into EP100 and EP150. , EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, etc.).

Mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800℃, and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220℃.

Features: Using EPDM rubber as the covering layer, the carcass material uses special high-temperature resistant canvas, and the unique formula design solves the main problems of high saturation, poor adhesion, and low interlayer adhesion of the ethylene-propylene rubber. It has the characteristics of a light belt body, long life (about 2-4 times), and good heat resistance.

According to national standards, it is divided into the following four heat resistance grades:

Type I: can withstand test temperature not greater than 100℃, maximum short-term operating temperature 150℃, code T1.

Type Ⅱ: can withstand test temperature not greater than 125℃, maximum short-time operating temperature 170℃, code T2.

Type Ⅲ: It can withstand the test temperature of not more than 150℃, the highest short-time operating temperature is 200℃, code T3.

Type IV: Can withstand test temperature not greater than 175℃, maximum short-time operating temperature 250℃, code T4
