Dimensionally Accurate, Versatile And Functionally Superior

Companies in many industries use our rubber abrasion-resistant belts for conveyors because their dimensions are accurate and they are versatile, durable and perform well.

If you need flexible, strong, abrasion-resistant conveyor belts made from high-quality rubber, call us right away. Plus, we can customize abrasion-resistant rubber assembly line belts to meet your specific requirements. Whether you’re moving raw materials or completed products, our premium quality rubber drive belts are ideal.

Product Features

Our conveyor belts are covers made from super-abrasion rubber. They’re water-resistant and heat-resistant, highly elastic and are made to exacting DIN type specifications. This lets them carry large and granulated materials that have various degrees of abrasion. Our high tensile strength belts can handle difficult working conditions in quarries and equip excavators and other types of heavy and construction industry machinery in very hot or very cold operating temperatures

General Use Conveyor Belts

Need general use Y quality standard rubber conveyor belts for use in normal working conditions, Z quality conveyor belts for use in easy working conditions, or even W quality high abrasion-resistant belts? We can provide them. We can make a commercial version of our DIN 22102 standard belt as an alternative upon demand. This is also to our popular abrasion-resistant conveyor belts made to handle super abrasive materials like limestone, hard rock, glass, metal ore and slag iron. Our belts can handle all types of working conditions.

Rubber Abrasion Resistance A Key Quality

When the application for which a conveyor belt is needed has high physical demands, rubber abrasion resistance is a key quality that comes into play. We select the most suitable type of abrasion-resistant rubber to ensure the belt can stand up to any challenge the job poses. We have various types of rubber from which we can make our assembly line belts. We knowing what type of abrasion-resistant rubber is required for any job and can ensure the required abrasion-resistance is properly measured so every one of our customers gets the right abrasion-resistant transporter belt that’s needed.

Rubber Conveyor Belt Grades And Their Uses

While all rubber belts look similar, each different grade of rubber belts is designed and manufactured to meet unique specifications. They also have special properties to make each one best suited for particular applications. The following are different rubber grades for conveyor belting based on the ISO 433 standard.

Grade A abrasion-resistant rubber is used for conveying material like iron ore that’s so rough and abrasive, it causes general purpose grade rubber to wear too quickly. The brushes, scrapers, skirting and the conveyor’s cleaning system, sometimes contribute to the belts’ rapid wear. Grade A rubber is cost-effective and gives the belts longer life spans.

Static electricity conducting belts made of rubber discharges any electrical charge produced while conveying and transporting goods and materials into a grounding path. Using Grade E rubber is essential when conveyance is performed near dust, gases, liquids, powders or any type of explosive materials in places like aluminum refineries. It reduces the risk of explosion caused by static electricity buildup from the excess electrons by absorbing and safely discharging them.

Commonly used when transporting heated materials, Grade F fire resistant belting has special properties added to increase its ignition temperature and resistance to fire. It’s used in coal mines, underground mines and power stations to prevent hot processes from making the transporter belt ignite.

No type of rubber is used more on conveyor belts than general-purpose rubber. It’s used when applications don’t require special properties. Grade M rubber is harder, more abrasion-resistant and stronger than Grade N rubber.

Grades S rubber combines features of Grade E rubber and Grade F rubber. Conveyor belts made from Grade S rubber are fire-resistant and static electricity conducting.

When the properties of none of the other grades of rubber fit the purpose a specially designed belt requires, Grade Z rubber belting can be used.

A rubber conveyor belt can be made using several grades of rubber. Some conveyor belts are made with Grade MA rubber and are both abrasion-resistant and general purpose.
